Very Comfortable Quiet Hotel located direcrly on Dubai Water Canal with Magnificent terrefic Views in the morning time and evening time as well where the lights of the surrounding towers are brighting into the canal. I feel very peacful and comfortable at this place. Mr. Kareem in the reception was very gentle, helpful and generous all the time. From Housekeeping staff, my special thanks to Akhilesh and Buddy! They kept my room super clean over the whole period of my stay. See You Soon In Sha Allah

A wonderful and special experience that I was very happy with. I found what I hoped for in terms of complete cleanliness, attention and care from the hotel staff, especially Mr. Rami from the reception and Mr. Rizwan the supervisor Sorry, I did not know the names of the rest of the employees who met me with a smile and good service. The apartment was very clean and the furniture was not worn out. There is a supermarket in the building, as well as a laundry, and I enjoyed a walking tour around the canal. I am confident that I will repeat the experience soon.

Location is perfect for work and for Sight seeing ; Taxis are diffcult to get by the staff is very helpful in getting them ... Facilities very excellent .. Stayed in 1 Bedroom with canal side view ; Get the full canal view with balcony for better expereince ... Gym was good . Lots of restaurants nearby . Mini Mart at 200 Mtrs from facility .. Checkin Staff raemon , Soumitra and all other were excellen .. Hous keeping Staff Abhi and Supervisor waseem were excellent ....

The duty Manager Mr. Ramy is really a professional guy in the accommodation industry who devote himself to find appropriate solutions to resolve communication issues with some staff who is rude with customers. Bravo to this special person. I will surely stay there during my next trip to Dubai. Room Ok.

I have stayed here many times and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room was comfy. The Housekeeping did an outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Mr. Ramy a friendly reception staff who are always willing to help with a smile. Excelent service as always. And also to Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Remon , They have always been very attentive. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer.I appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thumbs up for hiring such these excellent staff. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.

Customer service was good and helpful same as the staff. Enjoyed the stay on new years eve. The balcony veiw was ok you can see 20% of the tower top, parking is excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable and ac was good. Also loved the freebie they gave us on new year's Eve. Its also decently located near Dubai mall and has a beautiful walking spot just behind the hotel.

Appartment was spacey, well equipped (incl. laundry/dryer combo, microwave, fridge etc.) and very clean. Great staff, excellent housekeeping and cleaning. Staff at the restaurant was very nice and professionell as well. Breakfast was very good with a mediterrean touch, however do not expect a very rich choice of bread. Excellent coffee there as well.
